Senior Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager for our Las Vegas office. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of Roche’s projects through collaborative efforts with owners, architects, subcontractors, and Roche operations and support teams.
Job Description:
- Collaborate with owners, architects, and Roche personnel on construction projects throughout the many phases of project development and execution
- Lead and oversee the entire construction process
- Manage the relationships with project owner and architect
- Manage multiple projects concurrently
- Manage project costs and schedules along with records and documentation
- Manage project contract documents (prime contract and subcontracts) including pay applications
- Conduct weekly design team and owner meetings
- Train and mentor subordinates
- Complete project buy-out

- Minimum educational requirement is a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management
- Minimum experience: 8-10 years commercial construction experience including 8 years in a Senior Project Manager role. An acceptable combination of education and experience may be considered
- Candidates will need to be proficient in the Microsoft environment (Excel, Word, MS Projects, Outlook, etc.)
- Must have experience in all contracting methods.
