Facilities Superintendent

Roche Constructors needs an experienced Facilities Superintendent to join our Greeley, Colorado, team! The Facilities Superintendent is responsible for all maintenance and repair of Roche facilities.

Job Description:

• This position requires background knowledge of general construction, landscaping, electrical, and plumbing; experience working with tools and power tools.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft, Outlook, and Apple software programs.
• Superior at prioritizing work, meeting deadlines, and solving problems.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and organizational and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to promote strong working relationships with tenants.
• An aptitude for a high-volume and fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements:

• 5 years facilities management experience preferred.
