Roche Constructors was awarded a new Target Store in Logan, Utah, which will be located at 1300 N. Main Street at the site of the former Cache Valley Mall. Target will be the anchor of the 25-acre, mixed-use redevelopment project.
The 145,000-square-foot Target will be constructed on a pad-ready site. Along with the standard Target departments, this store will feature a CVS, Starbucks, Ulta, and Target Optical.
Construction will start in August 2025, and the grand opening will be held in October 2026.
