The company recognizes that employees need a scheduled time away from normal work duties for their personal wellbeing. The company grants annual leave with pay to full-time employees who meet the following service requirements:

  • 1-7 Years of Service: 15 days per year
  • 8+ Years of Service: 20 days per year



The Roche Profit Sharing/401K Plan is designed to help you save for retirement with a generous match from Roche. Roche will match 100% of the employees’ payroll deferral to the plan up to 3% of income plus 50% of the next 2% income.

Employee contributions and matching contributions are vested immediately at 100%.

Roche includes a profit-sharing provision in the plan; this allows the company to make a profit sharing contribution in addition to the 401K match.



All employees who are employed 30 hours per week or more are eligible for the group hospitalization/medical plan provided by Roche. The plan also includes LIFE, AD&D, and Prescription insurance, as well as EAP and Wellness programs. Employees may elect to participate in the Section 125/Cafeteria Plan, which allows the insurance premium and banked funds to be deducted pre-tax.



These will be at the employee’s discretion and will be paid in full by the employee.
